A resource is any entity that will aborb works or financial records from the Organization.
Primarily a Resource is external and represents a group of teams. Each team has a single user assigned to it so that user can provide updates to Odin, the single user assignment is an important part for deliminating team leads and their responsibility over others without requiring the input from the others in the team. A user can be assigned to many teams, indicating that the user is in charge of overseeing many different teams which will give that particular user access to update and record each teams respective data flows.
Another comon structure is when the detail in the team is required, this is the usual case of internal employees, the detail and structure is obtained by creating a Resource to represent a group within the organization, each team than becomes a single employee and each employee is assigned the employees User so they are capable and in charge of their own inputs into the system. Its ideal to treat internal groups like this, especially when details of financial of productivity are sought and indexed by individuals and their work productivity.
As an example, if Odin had an internal team of workers for Support (designated to be James and Emmanuel) a Resource would be created called "Support Team", in this resource Emmanuel would be created as his own team and Emmanuel would be assigned as the responsible user. James would be created as a second team and James would also be assigned his own User.

- a rating out of 1 used to represent the quality of a resources work, this will be used in conjunction with other data to set resource priorities during auto-scheduling. The greater the rating the better the resources quality should be, defaults to 0.8.Start Date
- First available date the resource can start works, defaults to the date the resource is created.Comfortable Work Zone
- They type of area the resource is most comfortably able to work in, defaults to Suburban.Teams will need to be created after creating a resource. These teams will be assinged works during the schedule as explained above there are two distinct ways to use teams and the way they refer to users.
Optional Filling
Odin references different work types as disciplines. Daily discipline rates are assigned to teams so Odin can identify wheather or not teams can conduct a type of work (discipline) and what productivity they are expected to achieve. This in turn is used to auto-schedule in time but also allows Odin to track progression and productivity inceases or negligences in different teams.

button to increase it by a percentage (Enter a percentage and click Adjust
). Entering 100 for 100 % will double it. Entering -50 for -50% will reduce it by half.If similiar resources already exist in the list, Odin can clone these to make resources with the same team structures, capabilities and work rates reducing the setup of standard teams enormously. Once cloned you may edit these to tweak them to their particular grade. This saves alot of the setup and re-cursive effort which Odin is here to do

If a project has already been created and its known that a particular resource can conduct part or all of project and the works involved but this resource is not yet setup in Odin, Odin can affiliate project attributes to the resource to build the resource and remove the initial administration required for the resource setup. After which, this resource will be available for tweaking to better suit a holostic picture

If a team can occupy all disciplines the organization is capable of, Odin can automatically assign these. In another scenario where the team can do most of the disciplines the organization is capable of its a handy tool to add all of the capabilities and then delete the ones that they are incapable of.
