Creating a Resource

A resource is any entity that will aborb works or financial records from the Organization.

Primarily a Resource is external and represents a group of teams. Each team has a single user assigned to it so that user can provide updates to Odin, the single user assignment is an important part for deliminating team leads and their responsibility over others without requiring the input from the others in the team. A user can be assigned to many teams, indicating that the user is in charge of overseeing many different teams which will give that particular user access to update and record each teams respective data flows.

Another comon structure is when the detail in the team is required, this is the usual case of internal employees, the detail and structure is obtained by creating a Resource to represent a group within the organization, each team than becomes a single employee and each employee is assigned the employees User so they are capable and in charge of their own inputs into the system. Its ideal to treat internal groups like this, especially when details of financial of productivity are sought and indexed by individuals and their work productivity.

As an example, if Odin had an internal team of workers for Support (designated to be James and Emmanuel) a Resource would be created called "Support Team", in this resource Emmanuel would be created as his own team and Emmanuel would be assigned as the responsible user. James would be created as a second team and James would also be assigned his own User.
